The App allows users to record voice input, convert speech to text, and store notes locally on their device. Optional AI-based text improvement may be provided via third-party services.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, or process using the App.
You must not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for illegal or harmful activities.
The App may offer paid features, including subscriptions and one-time purchases.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed through the platform (e.g., Google Play). We do not collect or store payment information.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform provider (e.g., Google Play).
The App may use third-party services for certain features. By using those features, you agree to the terms of those third-party providers.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or data practices of third-party services.
Your data is stored locally on your device. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
