2. Information We Collect
Local App Preferences: Flying Spaghetti Wisdom stores user preferences (such as notification time preferences, selected app language, and daily reading progress) directly on your device using local storage or device settings. This information is not transmitted to our servers.
Personal Data: We do not require you to create an account, log in with an email, or submit sensitive personally identifiable information to use the core features of the app (reading the Gospel, viewing daily wisdom, or receiving reminders).
Support Communications: If you contact us via email at glazer.dev@gmail.com, we will receive your email address and any content included in your message solely to respond to your support request.
3. Notifications and Local Reminders
When you enable "Daily Reminders" in the app, local notifications are scheduled natively on your device operating system (iOS or Android). These reminders are triggered locally without tracking your location or sending telemetry back to remote servers.
4. Purchases and Donations
Flying Spaghetti Wisdom offers optional in-app purchases and a weekly subscription that allow you to support the app's development ("donations"). These are voluntary and are not required to access the core content of the app.
Weekly subscription ("Weekly Pint"): This is an auto-renewing subscription billed on a weekly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
One-time donations ("Single Pint", "Beer Case"): These are one-time, non-renewing purchases. They do not provide any physical goods, alcohol, or digital unlockable content — they are a symbolic way to support the app.
All payments are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing; we do not collect or store your payment card details.
5. Third-Party Services
The application is distributed through official app stores (such as Google Play Store and Apple App Store). These platforms may collect basic crash reports or anonymized aggregate installation metrics in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat receives a randomly generated App User ID, your purchase/transaction history, subscription status, device platform, and country, in order to confirm your purchase and keep your entitlements in sync. 6. Children's Privacy
Our app does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are not intended for use by children. If your app's audience includes children, ensure parental controls are enabled on your device before making a purchase.
