1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Flying Spaghetti Wisdom application provided by GlazerDev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Purpose and Content Disclaimer

Flying Spaghetti Wisdom is designed for entertainment, philosophical exploration, humor, and educational appreciation of the Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster and Pastafarian culture.

All advice, daily reflections, gospel texts, and thoughts provided by the app are intended for recreational and contemplative enjoyment. They do not constitute formal medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

3. License and Permitted Use

GlazerDev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Flying Spaghetti Wisdom application on your personal mobile devices in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application binaries.
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international regulations.
• Distribute unauthorized copies or commercial derivatives of the application bundle.

4. Intellectual Property

The software design, UI layouts, interactive mechanics, and original assets created by GlazerDev are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. References to Pastafarianism and Bobby Henderson's Gospel are presented respectfully for cultural exploration and satire.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GlazerDev does not guarantee that the application will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all device configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlazerDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the application.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Flying Spaghetti Wisdom offers the following in-app purchases, processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing:

• Weekly Pint — an auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly.
• Single Pint — a one-time, non-renewing donation.
• Beer Case — a one-time, non-renewing donation.

Subscription terms (Weekly Pint): Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same weekly period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of an active period.

One-time purchases: Single Pint and Beer Case are voluntary, non-refundable donations that do not unlock additional app content or provide any physical or digital goods.

Refunds: All purchases are billed and managed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, in accordance with their respective refund policies. GlazerDev does not process payments or issue refunds directly.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price change will be communicated in advance through the app store and will apply to subsequent billing periods, in accordance with Apple's and Google's respective policies.
